Positive: The backyard area is very nice and there is ample parking. We enjoyed the hot tub and firepit. Negative: The unit itself was average. There was a small ant problem, which makes sense given it was a basement apartment in the winter. However, it was still a bit annoying to deal with.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Modern Basement Apartment. The location is absolutely ideal with great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I had everything I needed in my cozy apartment. The outdoor space was a huge plus for sure with a fenced in doggy area, plenty of seating options throughout the backyard. Lighting was great and something for everyone to enjoy…hammocks, hot tub, bicycles, picnic tables. Just a great place to rest, relax, and enjoy what Kanab has to offer. Also, I definitely appreciated the easy access into the apartment when I arrived. Pertinent information was provided before check-in and also before checkout. Overall, I highly recommend this location to anyone who is planning a visit to Kanab.
